STRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found this poem on a card at Target- Thought it was an excellent way to describe STRESS-

Stress- Is like an unwelcome house guest that shows up on your doorstep when you least expect it.
It takes up all your time and energy and whats you to entertain it.
It keeps you up at night, wakes you early in the morning and drives you crazy,
And then it doesn't have the decency to know when to leave.

Remember- You are the only one that can shut the door on STRESS.
